At Southwest Christian School, we value and invest in the people who make our mission possible in a variety of ways. We offer a robust compensation and benefits package designed to support employees both personally and professionally.

Depending on your role and schedule, we offer comprehensive health insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer matching contributions, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts for eligible medical and dependent care expenses, and ancillary insurance programs that can help cover costs beyond what is customarily covered by insurance.

When the children of our faculty and staff are enrolled as students, employees participate in a tuition incentive program as part of our commitment to supporting families. For children too young to be enrolled in SCS, we have a partnership with a local daycare provider to provide quality care at a reduced rate.

Employees with students also have access to Before and After School Care at a reduced rate. On non-school days, Staff Care is available to enrolled faculty/staff students (PK-6th Grade) when faculty and staff are otherwise attending Professional Development. Full-week Summer Camps are offered at a discounted rate as well.

We are dedicated to fostering a culture of lifelong learning and professional excellence. Faculty and staff are encouraged to pursue growth opportunities by attending conferences and seminars. We also have a Graduate Study Tuition Scholarship program for those interested in obtaining a first Master’s degree. New teachers receive guidance and support through a mentoring program, while experienced educators benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities designed to help them continue growing in their craft and calling.
