Dr. Butler considers herself incredibly fortunate to have grown up in a home where Christ was known and where her family encouraged growth in her faith and spiritual formation. When she entered the field of education, she felt called into leadership from the start. She leads with the belief that the purpose of education is to discover the unique aspects God has built into every child and develop these gifts during the formative years. This allows our students to impact the world for Christ through the calling He has put on their lives. Dr. Butler is privileged to continue growing in her faith at Southwest Christian School.

At SCS since 2011

Kelly Swinney has served with SCS for over 10 years in various capacities. She is passionate about seeing the Body of Christ grow and mature as families consider building on a Biblical foundation through Christian education. She has enjoyed planting and serving Merge Community Church with her family over the past 16 years.
