Letter From Mr Kirk, Elementary Principal
Hello to everyone in the Southwest Christian Community. As principal of the elementary campus, I am so honored to partner with you to educate your children in our premier, Christ-centered, college preparatory school environment.
This campus is truly a special place, and I believe you will notice upon arrival that God has great things planned for SCS and that He continuously works in us/through us to accomplish His mission.
We are so blessed to serve the Lord Jesus Christ by educating the students enrolled at our campus. There are currently 465 students enrolled at SCS Elementary, and we have a staff of 64 individuals, full-time and/or part-time, who love the Lord and want to serve Him according to His will and purpose for their lives. I am truly impressed with the quality of our educators, many with Master's Degrees, who continuously strive to learn and grow professionally to ensure that their students receive the best quality, Christian education within the Fort Worth metropolis.
Children at Southwest Christian Elementary School receive instruction in all core academic areas and additionally are taught Bible, technology, music, art, physical education, Spanish and Chinese. We have praise and worship and chapel service each Wednesday morning at 8:45-9:10 a.m. Many parents choose to participate in this service, too!
Lastly, I want to thank you for choosing SCS for your child(ren). We desire in all that we do to serve the Lord and be the professional educators that God has ordained us to be.
