PARENT INVOLVEMENT/VOLUNTEERISM
Our parents help to ensure the highest levels of student learning. The excellence in our school is due, in large part, to the involvement of our parents and their volunteer efforts. We are blessed to have parents that generously donate their time and talents to SCS by:

PARENT TEACHER ORGANIZATIONThe Parent Teacher Organization is an active group of parents and teachers dedicated to the students at Southwest Christian School. The PTO raises money for various school improvements and initiatives such as playground equipment, college scholarships for alumni, student field trips, etc. Meetings are held monthly and all SCS family members are invited to attend. Times and places are available through the school office or on the school calendar.
The 2008-2009 PTO is led by President Alice McDaniel. All officers are parents of SCS students and welcome input from all SCS parents.
