ALTERNATE PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE:
1. Semi-annual or monthly through automatic withdrawal. Semi-annual payments will be assessed a 10% finance charge on the second installment balance. Monthly payments will be assessed a 10% finance charge on the entire balance.
2. Payment by credit card. MasterCard, American Express or Discover payments can be
made through the online portal. A convenience fee of 3% will
be charged in addition to your total invoice amount, and will appear as a separate transaction
on your statement.
TUITION DEPOSIT
A tuition deposit is due at the time of acceptance and is non-refundable. This deposit will be subtracted from the overall tuition amount, and is not a separate fee. Tuition deposits can be made by cash, check or credit card only, and are due with the original contract in order to guarantee placement.
NEW PROGRAM FOR 2010/2011 – TUITION DEPOSIT
SCS is piloting a 3 yr. old 2 day class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 -11:30 a.m. Non-refundable tuition deposits to hold placement for ONLY the 2 day pilot program will be accepted beginning Oct. 1, 2009 for the 2010/2011 school year and must be accompanied with an application, birth certificate and immunization record. All students must be toilet trained. Also, children enrolled in this program will NOT be eligible for before and after school care.
TUITION DEPOSIT AMOUNTS:
PK 2-DAY OR 3-DAY Program: $150.00
PK 5-DAY Kindergarten Prep Program: 10% of tuition
Grades Kindergarten through 12: 10% of tuition
EXTENDED HOURS PROGRAM:
Before and after school care is available for grades Pre-K (3 and 5 day only) through 6, and after school care is available for grades 7 through 12 for an additional fee. Registration for extended hours will be held prior to the start of the 2010/11 school year. Children enrolled in our 3 yr. 2 day Pre-k will NOT be eligible for before and after school care.
