What a blessing our youngest learners are to us here at Southwest Christian. We are honored by the privilege we share with our families of nurturing and growing their little ones up in the knowledge of our Creator and His Creation.
The Creative Curriculum® by Teaching Strategies is incorporated into our programming seamlessly for our early childhood students. The purposefully designed, age appropriate, engaging environment and our loving faculty of Christ-followers embrace our young students and inspire and excite their thirst for knowledge.
- Spiritual development and social-emotional development have a daily focus and serve as the fabric to which all things are woven.
- Cognitive development, critical for Kindergarten readiness then serves as our framework.
- Physical development has a focus through the Ready Bodies Learning Minds program preparing our youngest students to be successful in the classroom.
- All students experience Spanish, music, library, computer and interaction with our staff who serve to support their introduction to Southwest Christian School.
We see each child as a gift from God and seek to grow the whole child; heart, mind and body.
